Integrating shared mobility into housing developments is part of Bremen’s parking and mobility bylaw for new real estate developments. And one of the most exemplary players in implementing innovative mobility concepts for tenants has been Bremen’s largest public and social housing developer, the GEWOBA - putting mobility needs first instead of car parking. See how carsharing and other mobility offers have been integrated into the GEWOBA’s Q45 development near the city centre, how the new residents are being encouraged to use these offers. Other innovative components such as green roofs and wildlife habitats are also a highlight of this tour. This gig will be led by Cornelia Cordes (City of Bremen) and a representative of the GEWOBA. You’ll get there by tram.
The maximum number of participants for this excursion is 30 individuals. Slots will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
